Terms and Conditions

  1. We only cater/serve hot food in supplied catering dishes which can maintain heated food for 2 or 4 hours and our cold dishes can maintain cold food for up to 1 – 3 hours. We do not supply utensils, cutlery or serviettes, etc.
  2. Upon acceptance of a quote from the customer a 10% confirmation deposit will be required immediately, as well as a 10% deposit for equipment that’s supplied. If equipment that has been supplied for your catering order is not returned we do not release the 10% deposit back to the customer.
  3. If equipment that has been supplied to the customer is returned clean we release the deposit back to the customer. If the equipment does not return clean or at all then we do not release the deposit back to the customer.
  4. Full payment for catering service is to be finalised 72 hours prior to the event.
  5. If our catering service is cancelled for unknown reasons under 72 hours prior to the event, the deposit payment will be forfeited and equipment hire deposit will be returned to the customer.
